Mick Kopetsky

The founder and owner of MIX Garden, Mick is the heart of the operation. Originally from Wisconsin, he grew up surrounded by nature, playing outdoors, and learning how to garden in his own vegetable patch. In his 30s, he moved to Austin, TX, where he first began to work professionally in the landscape design and construction industry. After working with clients in Sonoma County, Mick decided to move here in 2003 to start MIX Garden. In Healdsburg, he fell in love with the community's shared commitment towards local sustainable food and strong relationships with their farmers.

In 2009, he expanded MIX Garden when he bought Healdsburg Landscape Materials.

Today, MIX Garden continues to stand for Mick's passion for vegetable gardening, high quality materials, and unparalleled landscape design.

Cesar Gonzales

Cesar has worked together with Mick for the last fifteen years to produce projects that are unprecedented in both design and function. He builds with expertise, passion, and attention to detail. He has worked in the landscape industry for almost 25 years, and Mick and Cesar’s collaboration goes back more than two decades.

He is a family man with two awesome kids.

Stephanie Magill

Stephanie is originally from Minnesota. She and her husband have been Windsor residents since 1991. Stephanie attended SRJC. She has enjoyed working as a bookkeeper and in accounting departments for several different companies. She has been with Mix Garden since 2014. Her favorite bookkeeping task is reconciling bank statements.

She enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children, flower gardening and thrift store "treasure hunting" for interesting furniture restore projects.

Gerald Cramer

Originally from California, Gerald spent most of his life in Virginia before returning to California last July to be closer to his siblings in the North Bay. Gerald has spent roughly fifteen years in the landscape industry, both managing large nursery operations and working as a foreman on landscape construction crews. He is the manager at the MIX Garden store and oversees the farm and nursery.

In his free time he's a passionate container vegetable gardener and enjoys both playing and watching sports.
